The Daily Telegraph reports
RENOVATIONS on the $10 million mansion they bought in March are complete and Russell Crowe and wife Danielle Spencer have moved their family into the new home.
Just what renovations you need on a $10 million home we don't know, but it took more than six months to complete while the Crowe clan lived in a nearby rented mansion after moving out of their Woolloomooloo Bay Wharf apartment.
It's clear security was a big concern - there are three security cameras at the front garage doors, and no doubt more at the rear and sides of the historic mansion, which overlooks Royal Sydney golf course. The three cameras are triple the number of nearby foreign consulates we looked at.
And Crowe, who flew to Los Angeles for business this week, gets the added benefit of regular Australian Federal Police patrols around the consulate-heavy surrounds. Crowe purchased the historic Rose Bay mansion after inspecting many eastern suburbs estates, looking for one with a large yard for their two boys Tennyson and Charlie - and to be closer to their nearby school.
It's understood Crowe's personal trainer Mark "Spud" Carroll is house-sitting the Wooloolmooloo apartment, handy to the gym he owns just up the road.
