Kathy McCabe, The Daily Telegraph, reports
Kylie Minogue is calling them her ``super fans'', the lucky few thousand who will score tickets to her "intimate'' Anti-Tour shows in Sydney and Melbourne this month.
The Mardi Gras queen is extending her Australian homecoming with two shows at The Palace in Melbourne on March 18 and Sydney's Luna Park on March 20.
Kylie hinted she wanted to downsize after her Aphrodite concert spectacular last year and last night sprang the announcement of two small shows on her website.
Less than 3000 fans will get to see her perform at the Luna Park Big Top on March 20 with tickets on sale from tomorrow (Wednesday) at noon via kylie.com and frontiertouring.com/kylie
Frontier Touring announced strict anti-scalping measures with a limit of two tickets per purchaser. Both the purchaser and their guest must attend on the day with photo ID to collect wristbands for the concerts.
Her website touted the shows as small, intimate, unexpected. A unique experience for "super fans only'' with a set list of “B sides and rarities” with a few old favourites and album tracks that she hasn't attempted live before.
It is expected that additional dates of the sized-down tour will be announced soon, which may include a visit to the US later this year.
