The Daily Telegraph reports
Could Australia's most beguiling love affair
be coming to an end?
That's the talk in theatre circles at the moment when it comes to steamy
South Pacific co-stars Lisa McCune and Teddy Tahu Rhodes.
Confidential hears the Pacific is about to become between the curious
couple, literally, with Tahu Rhodes set to move overseas once the production
finishes in Brisbane on February 3.
The New Zealand-born baritone, one of Australia's most in-demand opera
singers, will be based in the US for most of the year, where he will perform
for the Washington Opera.
In March he will make his debut for the Lyric Opera of Chicago in A
Streetcar Named Desire.
Tahu Rhodes isn't due back in the country until late October, when he
starts a multi-date national tour with David Hobson.
With three children, it's unlikely McCune will be able to relocate
Stateside with her squeeze.
