The Daily Telegraph reports
Canadian crooner Michael Buble will be melting the hearts of listeners in Sydney and Melbourne with his own show on the revamped smoothfm.
Buble is also appearing in cheeky TV commercials for the revamped DMG stations featuring his hit song Haven't Met You Yet.
The smoothfm stations will launch a new format - described as contemporary, soft, easy-listening - on Sunday, on 95.3 in Sydney and 91.5 in Melbourne.
Buble will be a special guest on Monday morning's breakfast show on both stations, following up with a one-hour show from 9am on Saturdays for the next six weeks.
Buble said the show was a logical step.
"This is a match made in heaven," he said in a statement.
"Smoothfm is supporting my music, so I'm thrilled to be jumping on board to be part of the station launches. I love Australia and I look forward to seeing you when I'm next down."
Tony Thomas, the radio network's group marketing director, said Buble has a strong and natural association with the stations.
"He clearly reflects the personality of the brand and the music that you'll hear on air," he said in a statement.
