It is the season when host Darren McMullen's
hair has threatened to overshadow the performances and yesterday The Voice's
Delta Goodrem upped the ante, unveiling a new shag.
Emerging in Los Angeles yesterday, where she's recording with Michael
Bolton, Goodrem - who this week shot down mag reports she is dating fellow
coach Seal - looked dramatically different with her short do.
It's yet to be seen if Goodrem's chop will generate the furore sparked
this year by McMullen, whose longer locks were the subject of so much social
networking chatter that they trended globally on Twitter during The Voice's
2013 debut.
"It's unbelievable," McMullen told Confidential yesterday,
admitting he had been approached by strangers offering their opinions.
"Some people tell me I look younger and I've been asked if I've had
botox.
"Someone actually asked
me why I didn't have the same style last year when they said I looked a
'state'."
