The Daily Telegraph reports
For about $6.5 million you could be your own MasterChef.
That's the price the warehouse, used to film the well-watched reality cook-off, is expected to fetch.
The warehouse has been leased by production company Shine since MasterChef's inaugural season in 2009 but listing the Alexandria property for sale has thrown into doubt whether the show will still be filmed there next year.
The new series -- which is being filmed at the moment and rumoured to premiere on Logies night, April 15, against Seven's Dancing With The Stars -- has been locked in for shooting in the 1925 building.
"It will obviously all depend on the new owner and what they want to do with the site," a real estate source told Confidential.
"They might be happy to continue to rent the place to (Ten) or they might have other plans for it."
Shine said they were not in a position to comment on the future location of the show.
"The kitchen site is for sale but this currently has no impact on MasterChef," a spokesman said.
