Amy Harris, The Daily Telegraph, reports

Like the movie? Buy the couch. Or the ring, depending on your budget.

Both items from the set of Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby will be for sale when the first Sydney Fair opens its doors today.

Filled with relics from the Gatsby-era 1920s and '30s, the five-day antique fair includes the lounge used in a handful of scenes - including the pivotal afternoon tea between Jay Gatsby (Leonardo DiCaprio), Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) and Daisy Buchanan (Carey Mulligan) - for $13,000.

There is also a diamond ring, a replica of one worn by Mia Farrow in the previous production of the film, for $60,000.

The fair comes a day after it was announced a first edition of F Scott Fitzgerald's novel is to be auctioned in New York. It is expected to sell for $100,000.
