He may have lost all four members of the blue team, but Biggest Loser trainer Shannan Ponton is now preparing for his toughest challenge to date - fatherhood.
The muscle-bound star of the Ten reality show is expecting his first child in early July with wife of two years, Kylie.
Clucky Ponton said he couldn't wait to start training with the new addition, with the couple choosing not to find out the baby's sex until the birth.
"I want to get some of those little baby boxing gloves," Ponton laughed.
"They'll definitely be learning the ropes early."
