FORMER Hollywood hunk Jason Priestley is headed to Australia later this month to officially open Foxtel's new TV channel FX at a stellar party at Swifts mansion in Darling Point on February 22.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 pin-up boy - all grown-up now by Hollywood standards - will launch the new high definition channel and his latest TV offering, Call Me Fitz, set to have its debut on the channel on Wednesday, March 7.
Priestley is the star of the adult comedy series in which he plays a substance-abusing car salesman, in a show that should target the blokie audience being sought by the channel. Also getting a start on FX is the hit zombie TV series The Walking Dead.
As part of a promotion for that program caged zombies will tomorrow be let loose in Martin Place. Don't say you weren't warned.
