Leonardo DiCaprio's pet dog's flatulence a turn-off for friends, according to internet reports

The Daily Telegraph reports

LEONARDO DiCaprio has been travelling with an entourage since touching down in Australia in August, but DiCaprio's pals back home in the US have vetoed flying with the film star thanks to his offensively-smelling dog.

DiCaprio's flatulent French Bulldog is discouraging the Inception star's friends from flying with him on his personal jet because of the bad smell, according to internet coverage quoting US tabloid National Enquirer.

These reports claim that seven-year-old Django has chronic gas problems, while others claim friends of The Great Gatsby star blame the pampered pooch's diet of rich food.

No word from DiCaprio in any of the reports, with "sources" speculating that the Hollywood star may have lost his sense of smell.

Pedigree dogs are known to have health and welfare problems "related to their deliberate selection for exaggerated physical features or as a result of inherited disease," according to the RSPCA.
